October 2011

New project season 12/13: 4 x Zapp 4

During de Dutch Classical Music Meeting in October 2011, Zapp4 presented the new 2013-2013 series: 4 x Zapp 4

This project consists of four different programs in which Zapp4 works together with different international soloists

1. one arrangement of the popular and well known Radiohead Songbook

2. one program with pop idol Spinvis as a special guest

3. one program named:"IndiAndaluz" with Eric Vaarzon Morel, flamenco guitar and the virtuoso tabla player Niti Ranjan Biswas

4. and last but not least an arrangement of the popular Carnaval des Animaux from the French composer Camille Saint-Saëns. In this project Zapp 4 plays with the special guests: Jeroen van Vliet, piano, Michiel van Dijk, saxophones and clarinets and NedMcGowan, flute, piccolo and base flute.
